Yes. All three Mezbaan locations we track (Nepean, Orléans and Mezbaan Express) are verified halal certified.
The Mezbaan family of Afghan restaurants publishes its halal program, and all three locations in our directory — Mezbaan Restaurant (Nepean), Mezbaan (Orléans) and Mezbaan Express (Heron Park) — are listed as halal certified.
We label a restaurant halal only when the operator publishes the claim through its own channels (website, menu, signage or certifier listing) and we can cross-check it against at least one independent source. "Not verified" does not necessarily mean a restaurant serves no halal items — it means we have found no published halal program to verify, so we cannot call it halal.
